You can clear the gateway sets in the Gateway Sets form if the end points are unavailable or if you want to remove a directory number (DN) that is configured for a specific device end point.
If a device end point is configured, but the hardware is
not available on the EX Controller (for example, if the hardware is removed),
a warning icon
is displayed
next to the Physical Location Identifier (PLID) of the end point.
To clear gateway sets:
Go to the Gateway
Sets form. ![]()
From the list, select the end point with the warning icon next to its PLID.
Click Clear.
